job role: billing engineer building repair & retrofitting works

this is a full-time on-site position based in delhi, requiring regular travel to various project locations for billing, verification, and documentation purposes.

key responsibilities

study and interpret boqs, drawings, and technical specifications

conduct quantity surveying and prepare detailed take-off sheets

prepare and validate monthly ra (running account) bills for all sites

verify and cross-check certified ra bills from project locations

identify and draft extra items and deviation statements

conduct cost estimation and rate analysis

prepare reconciliation statements for building materials monthly

create and certify bar bending schedules (bbs)

maintain detailed records and documentation for all boq items

candidate profile

education: ./ in civil engineering or equivalent

experience: minimum 3 years in billing/estimation for cpwd or other government building works

strong understanding of quantity surveying, rate analysis, and building repair/restoration techniques

proficient in ms excel, ms word, and autocad

excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

preference:

willingness to relocate to south delhi

male candidates only (due to frequent site travel)

salary & incentives

35,000 50,000/month, depending on experience and capability
