Job Role: Billing Engineer €“ Building Repair & Retrofitting Works

This is a full-time on-site position based in Delhi, requiring regular travel to various project locations for billing, verification, and documentation purposes.

Key Responsibilities

€¢ Study and interpret BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications

€¢ Conduct quantity surveying and prepare detailed take-off sheets

€¢ Prepare and validate monthly RA (Running Account) bills for all sites

€¢ Verify and cross-check certified RA bills from project locations

€¢ Identify and draft extra items and deviation statements

€¢ Conduct cost estimation and rate analysis

€¢ Prepare reconciliation statements for building materials monthly

€¢ Create and certify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)

€¢ Maintain detailed records and documentation for all BOQ items

Candidate Profile

€¢ Education: ./ in Civil Engineering or equivalent

€¢ Experience: Minimum 3 years in billing/estimation for CPWD or other Government building works

€¢ Strong understanding of quantity surveying, rate analysis, and building repair/restoration techniques

€¢ Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and AutoCAD

€¢ Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

€¢ Ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

€¢ Preference:

€¢ Willingness to relocate to South Delhi

€¢ Male candidates only (due to frequent site travel)

Salary & Incentives

💰 ‚¹35,000 €“ ‚¹50,000/month, depending on experience and capability
