Job Description

A Residential Complex of 59 Villas is looking for an Estate Manager to handle day to day affairs of running the Complex.

Must have a minimum experience of 2-3 years as Estate Manager.

Must have a two-wheeler for commuting.

Must have knowledge of computers Excel, Word, Emailing, getting information from Google, etc.

Must have knowledge of Accounts.

Must have experience in supervising Housekeeping, Security, Store keeping.

Must have experience in obtaining quotations for executing projects and items.

Must be good at English, Kannada, Hindi.

Must have experience with banking routines.

Must have fair knowledge of wholesale markets.
