Looking For Equipment Supervisor

As an Equipment Supervisor, you will oversee the management and maintenance of equipment in our facilities. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of all machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervision of Equipment Operations: Monitor and oversee the daily operations of all machinery to ensure they function optimally and safely.

- Routine Maintenance Checks: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend their lifespan.

- Troubleshooting Issues: Identify and resolve any equipment problems promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

- Inventory Management: Keep track of equipment inventory, including ordering necessary parts or supplies when needed.

- Training Staff: Instruct and train team members on proper use and maintenance of equipment to promote workplace safety and efficiency.

- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance schedules, and any incidents that arise.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess at least 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. A pass in the 10th grade is essential. Strong technical skills related to equipment and machinery are expected. You should have a good understanding of maintenance procedures, safety standards, and troubleshooting methods. The ability to communicate effectively and train others is important.
