Key Responsibilities

Teach IBDP English Language & Literature (HL/SL) or IBDP Literature in accordance with IB standards and school curriculum.

Plan and deliver engaging lessons using inquiry-based, student-centered methodologies.

Prepare students for IB internal assessments (IO, HL Essay) and external assessments (Paper 1, Paper 2).

Provide clear, constructive feedback to support academic growth and skill development.

Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment data.

Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.

Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, unit planning, and interdisciplinary projects.

Participate in IB professional development and ongoing teacher training.
