About Blackboard Radio (BBR)

Blackboard Radio (BBR) is an award-winning social ed-tech enterprise founded by IIT Delhi alumni and supported by Villgro Innovation Foundation and CIIE, IIM Ahmedabad. At Blackboard Radio (BBR), we are creating an AI-powered spoken English tutor for learners.

Roles and responsibilities-

? Teaching and counseling students who are above 18 years of age

? Taking Demo/Foundation classes and sharing the feedback with the student and as well as with the team.

? Mentoring the students to learn English Speaking

? Conduct Interactive and Creative online sessions

? Being able to assess students requirements and suggest the best program

? Required to take at least 50 session in a month

Eligibility Criteria-

? Graduate/Post graduate in English Language, Humanities or Business Administration, Mass communication

? Have prior experience in Communication training/Counseling experience (is a plus)

? Have excellent English communication skills

?Should have excellent counseling and mentoring skills

? Having awareness of demo/trial session structural understanding (is a plus)

?Should be able to speak in Hindi as well.

Must haves-

? Should have a Laptop and Wi-Fi Connection.

?Availability during the weekends.

Remuneration - Upto 25,000 and above (subject to performance)

Location- Remote (Work From Home)

Working- 6 Days a week
