about blackboard radio (bbr)

blackboard radio (bbr) is an award-winning social ed-tech enterprise founded by iit delhi alumni and supported by villgro innovation foundation and ciie, iim ahmedabad. at blackboard radio (bbr), we are creating an ai-powered spoken english tutor for learners.

roles and responsibilities-

? teaching and counseling students who are above 18 years of age

? taking demo/foundation classes and sharing the feedback with the student and as well as with the team.

? mentoring the students to learn english speaking

? conduct interactive and creative online sessions

? being able to assess students requirements and suggest the best program

? required to take at least 50 session in a month

eligibility criteria-

? graduate/post graduate in english language, humanities or business administration, mass communication

? have prior experience in communication training/counseling experience (is a plus)

? have excellent english communication skills

?should have excellent counseling and mentoring skills

? having awareness of demo/trial session structural understanding (is a plus)

?should be able to speak in hindi as well.

must haves-

? should have a laptop and wi-fi connection.

?availability during the weekends.

remuneration - upto 25,000 and above (subject to performance)

location- remote (work from home)

working- 6 days a week
