2. project & vendor management
resource planning: estimating the requirement for raw materials, tools, and manpower for specific project phases.
vendor coordination: communicating with external suppliers for material procurement and verifying the quality of incoming technical components.
timeline tracking: monitoring project schedules and reporting any potential delays to the senior manager.
3. documentation & compliance
mis reporting: preparing and maintaining daily progress reports (dpr), material consumption sheets, and performance metrics.
safety management: enforcing occupational health and safety (ohs) standards on the floor or site to prevent accidents.
