Job Summary: We are seeking a customer-oriented and empathetic International Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service to our international customers through email, chat, and voice channels. As a member of our support team, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in english, and be able to handle customer interactions in a professional and efficient manner.

Mandatory Fields:

Excellent English Communication is Compulsory as you will have to deal with International Clients (British Clients)

Should be comfortable in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and phone in a timely manner.

Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding product features, pricing, availability, order status, and other related inquiries.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, complaints, and escalations effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the customer support system.

Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

Identify and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution.

Provide feedback to the management team regarding recurring customer issues, trends, and potential areas for improvement.

Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation, including FAQs, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
