Job Role:
1. Nurture relationships with mapped clients for investment needs; maintain regular interactions to assess their needs.
2. Responsible for generation of revenues through sales of liabilities and Third Party Products.
4. Develop new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships.
5. Cross sales existing bank products.
6. Inform customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking
relationship.
7. Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
8. Coordinate with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products.
9. Track customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.
