key responsibilities:

• oversee electroplating and surface coating processes with

precision

• optimize chemical baths, process parameters, and plating quality

• monitor and ensure compliance with industry and environmental

standards

• collaborate with production and r&d for material compatibility

and innovations

required skills:

• msc chemistry (mandatory), with 5–7 years of hands-on

experience

• deep understanding of metal finishing, corrosion resistance, and

plating techniques

• analytical mindset and proficiency with lab instruments and

quality checks

• strong documentation, process control, and troubleshooting skills
