KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee electroplating and surface coating processes with

precision

• Optimize chemical baths, process parameters, and plating quality

• Monitor and ensure compliance with industry and environmental

standards

• Collaborate with production and R&D for material compatibility

and innovations

Required Skills:

• MSc Chemistry (mandatory), with 5–7 years of hands-on

experience

• Deep understanding of metal finishing, corrosion resistance, and

plating techniques

• Analytical mindset and proficiency with lab instruments and

quality checks

• Strong documentation, process control, and troubleshooting skills
