working as a field service engineer. working knowledge of cr systems, x-ray, ultrasound machines

responsible for developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with customer specialized in cr systems, x-ray, ultrasound machines in hospitals and clinics.

responsible for installation of new machines.

provide breakdown maintenance of the machines on-site as well as online support.

attending day to the day service request.

instruct and train the hospital staff on working and functioning of medical equipment converting warranty jobs to a maintenance contract, renewing existing annual maintenance contracts (amc).
