Job Description

1. Responsible for all electrical work, including new construction projects and maintenance of existing sites.

2. Handle all plumbing maintenance work for existing sites.

3. Act as a Senior Technician, performing hands-on work independently and leading a team of helpers.

4. Supervise construction sites, providing guidance to helpers and workers.

5. Ensure quality control in all tasks.

6. Conduct quality and cost estimation, including rate analysis.

7. Lead cost and process optimization efforts.

8. Oversee vendor selection, supervise their services, and manage vendor relationships.

9. Undertake other related tasks, including the development of commercial, industrial, and recreational buildings.

10. Picking up materials from respective vendors and delivering them to the Pholus office.

11. Delivering goods and materials to designated locations in a timely and professional manner.

12. Escorting temporary workers to and from designated work locations on specific days, as required.

13. Ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards at all times
