position overview:

we are seeking a skilled electrician to join our production team. the ideal candidate will have experience with electrical systems, particularly in lighting design and installations, with a focus on sustainability and eco-friendly practices. as an electrician at adithya lamps - lumi | lighting design studio | sustainable lighting solutions, you will play a key role in wiring, testing, and installing electrical systems for our handcrafted lighting fixtures, ensuring safety, functionality, and efficiency.

key responsibilities:

electrical installation: wire and install electrical components for a variety of handcrafted lighting fixtures, including table lamps, pendant lights, wall-mounted lamps, and floor lamps.

component assembly: collaborate with the design and carpentry teams to ensure all electrical parts are safely integrated into lighting fixtures, using eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient components where possible.

testing & troubleshooting: test all electrical systems to ensure proper functionality and safety standards are met. troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues during the production process.

safety compliance: ensure all electrical work adheres to local building codes, regulations, and lumis strict safety protocols. maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working order.
