Key Responsibilities

Installation & Wiring

System Setup: Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and electrical schematics to install wiring, conduits, and electrical fixtures.

Component Assembly: Install switchboards, circuit breakers, transformers, and motors according to safety codes.

Grounding: Ensure all electrical systems are properly grounded to prevent accidents and equipment damage.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or equipment failures before they occur.

Fault Finding: Use testing devices like multimeters, ammeters, and voltmeters to troubleshoot electrical malfunctions in machinery.

Repair: Replace faulty wiring, fuses, and components in industrial machines or office buildings.

Safety & Compliance

Safety Protocols: Strictly follow LOTO (Lock-Out, Tag-Out) procedures when working on energized equipment to ensure personal and team safety.

Code Adherence: Ensure all work meets the standards of the National Electrical Code (NEC) or relevant local Indian standards.
