Job Description

Responsibilities:

Electrical Installations: Install new electrical wiring, fixtures, outlets, switches, and other electrical components according to blueprints, specifications, and electrical codes.

Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot electrical problems, and carry out necessary repairs on electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.

Wiring and Cabling: Install and maintain various types of wiring and cabling, including conduit, tray systems, and data cables.

Testing and Inspection: Conduct electrical testing and inspections to ensure the safety and functionality of electrical installations and equipment. Use appropriate testing instruments.

Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately.

Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all electrical safety codes, regulations, and company safety procedures. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on electrical tools and equipment.

Emergency Repairs: Respond to electrical emergencies and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime.

Coordination with Other Trades: Collaborate effectively with other tradespeople (., plumbers, HVAC technicians) to ensure seamless project completion.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any electrical issues encountered.

Communication (Local Emphasis): Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and potentially clients in Marathi and Hindi regarding work instructions, problems, and solutions.

Adherence to Regulations: Stay updated on local electrical codes and regulations in Maharashtra.
