Good problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The role requires attention to detail and a commitment to following safety protocols. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate technical information and possess a proactive approach to improving system performance. Must be male, as the role has gender-specific requirements. Experience with specific electrical tools and software is a plus.
