Electrical Technician - Narhe Pune

Harness Assembly & Wiring:

Assemble wiring harnesses as per wiring diagrams, schematics, and harness drawings

Cut, strip, crimp, solder, and terminate wires

Perform looming, taping, lacing, heat-shrink, and sleeving

Route cables neatly with proper bend radius and strain relief

Ensure correct wire color, gauge, and length

Connector & Component Handling:

Assemble connectors, terminals, backshells, and splices

Work with D-sub, circular, automotive, and industrial connectors

Identify and handle 24VDC / low-voltage power and signal wiring

Read pin-out tables and connection schedules

Testing & Quality Checks:

Perform continuity, short circuit, and insulation resistance tests

Identify and rectify wiring faults
