Job Description

position: electrical technician

qualification: iti (electrician / electrical)

experience: fresher (0-1 year)

location: [chennai]

job role & responsibilities:

assist in installation, wiring, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.

support senior technicians in reading and understanding electrical diagrams.

carry out basic troubleshooting for electrical faults under supervision.

perform wiring, cabling, and conduit work as per project requirements.

operate and handle basic electrical tools and testing instruments (multimeter, clamp meter, etc.).

ensure safety procedures and proper use of ppe while working.

support in panel wiring, motor connections, and equipment assembly.

maintain clean work environment and follow company��s quality standards.

required skills & knowledge:

basic understanding of electrical circuits, wiring, and connections.

familiarity with switchgear, motors, and control panels (preferred).

willingness to learn plc, vfd, and automation basics.

good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

strong commitment to safety and discipline
