Hiring For B.E Freshers - Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Electrical Design & SLD Evaluation:

Prepare and interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), control schematics, cable schedules, and panel layout drawings using AutoCAD Electrical or similar design software.

Select appropriate switchgear (ACBs, MCCBs, MCBs, Contactors, Relays), busbars, transformers, VFDs, and PLCs based on system load and short-circuit fault calculations.

Prepare detailed Bill of Materials (BOMs) and technical specifications for procurement and estimation teams.

Assembly, Execution & Site Supervision:

Oversee electrical panel wiring, busbar fabrication, transformer/DG setup, and cable tray installation to ensure strict alignment with technical layouts.

Conduct insulation testing, continuity checks, high-voltage (HV/LV) testing, and relay calibration prior to commissioning.

Supervise field electricians and contractors to ensure execution meets safety standards and project timelines.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and rectify electrical faults, trip conditions, power quality issues, and equipment failures promptly.

Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs for plant utilities, electrical substations, control panels, and motor control centers (MCC).

Enforce electrical safety standards (LOTO - Lockout/Tagout), earthing protocols, and Indian Electricity (IE) rules across the shop floor or site.
