job description:

we seek a highly skilled and experienced electrical engineer to join our team. the senior bim electrical

engineer will manage and implement bim processes and electrical design for construction projects.

key responsibilities:

1. bim modeling: create, develop, and maintain 3d electrical models using bim software (., autodesk revit) to

represent electrical systems accurately.

2. design integration: collaborate with the design team to ensure that electrical designs are integrated seamlessly

with architectural and structural components.

3. clash detection: perform clash detection analysis to identify and resolve conflicts between electrical systems

and other building components, such as plumbing, hvac, and structural elements.

4. design optimization: provide input for design optimization to enhance the efficiency, sustainability, and cost

effectiveness of electrical systems.

5. coordination: coordinate with other disciplines, including architects, structural engineers, and mechanical

engineers, to ensure proper alignment of electrical systems within the overall project.

6. standards compliance: ensure that all bim processes and electrical designs adhere to industry standards and

regulations.

7. training and mentorship: provide guidance and mentorship to junior bim technicians and engineers within the

team.

qualifications:
