key responsibilities:-

i)study project specifications, tender documents, drawings, and boqs to understand scope.

ii)prepare accurate cost estimates, technical offers, and price quotations for lt/ht panels.

iii)identify and select appropriate components such as breakers, contactors, relays, meters, and switchgear.

iv)liaise with suppliers to obtain up-to-date pricing for materials and components.

v)work closely with the design and sales teams to ensure estimates are technically and commercially sound.

vi)submit offers within stipulated deadlines and follow up with customers or the sales team.

vii)maintain a database of component prices and project costing for future reference.

viii) assist in value engineering and cost optimization wherever applicable.

ix)participate in pre-bid meetings or technical discussions when needed.

x)support handover to execution/project team post order confirmation.

key skills required:-

i) strong knowledge of electrical panels, switchgear, and control systems.

ii) proficiency in ms excel, autocad (basic), and familiarity with erp/crm systems.

iii) good understanding of is/iec standards, tendering process, and panel specifications.

iv) analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.

v) strong communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.

vi) ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously under tight timelines.

vii) exposure to government tenders, epc contracts, and consultant-driven projects.

viii) prior coordination with oem for pricing.

ix) experience in estimation of pcc, mcc, apfc, amf panels, and custom-built electrical panels.
