job summary:

we are seeking a qualified and passionate ev technician trainer to train students in electric vehicle maintenance, repair, and technology. the trainer will be responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical sessions, ensuring learners gain hands-on industry-relevant skills aligned with the latest ev standards.

key responsibilities:

conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on electric vehicle systems including batteries, motors, controllers, and charging infrastructure.

teach topics such as ev fundamentals, diagnostics, wiring systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.

develop and update training content, lesson plans, and practical modules in line with industry trends and government skill development standards (nsdc/asdc).

guide and assess trainees during lab sessions and field projects.

maintain records of student performance, attendance, and certification.

ensure safety protocols and proper tool/equipment usage during practical training.

collaborate with project coordinators, placement teams, and other trainers to ensure smooth program delivery.

motivate and mentor students towards successful course completion and employment.
