In this role, you'll be at the forefront of the EV revolution, working with state-of-the-art technology and helping to drive the transition to a greener future.Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electric vehicles, including battery diagnostics, software updates, and electrical system troubleshooting.Conduct pre-delivery inspections and quality checks to ensure vehicles meet our high standards of safety and performance.Collaborate with our engineering and R&D teams to provide feedback and insights for continuous improvement.Assist customers with technical issues and provide exceptional service to enhance their EV ownership experience.Stay updated on the latest developments in EV technology and participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in automotive mechanics preferred.Strong passion for electric vehicles and sustainable transportation.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-off and vehicle pick-upProvide customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their carManage and oversee the dealerships workflow and scheduleCall customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up timesMaintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business
