job responsibilities

-ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations (., osha, epa)

-conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and job hazard analyses and implement effective control measures.

-able to handle team and report to ehs and plant head

-ehs training and awareness

-lead investigations of accidents, near misses, and environmental incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

-manage waste disposal, air emissions, water usage, and other environmental aspects.

-conduct regular drills and ensure readiness for fire, medical, chemical, and other emergencies.

-track key ehs performance indicators (., incident rates, audit scores).and prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.

-ensure that contractors and third-party workers comply with ehs standards, conduct onboarding, training, and monitoring of contractors on site.
