Position: Educational Counsellor

Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students and parents, providing clear guidance on available courses, admission processes, and career pathways.

- Assist students in completing the admission process and maintain records of inquiries and follow-ups.

- Participate in promotional activities such as webinars and workshops to attract students.

- Build positive relationships with students and parents, ensuring satisfaction and trust.

- Collaborate with faculty to provide a seamless experience for students and prepare simple reports on counseling activities.

Qualifications:

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (Class 12) or equivalent.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to connect with students and parents.

- Basic computer skills (MS Office and internet usage).

- Experience in academic counseling or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
