Educational Counsellor - Mumbai

As an Educational Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students on their academic journey and helping them make informed decisions about their education and future career paths.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel Students: Provide one-on-one and group counselling sessions to understand students' needs and aspirations, helping them to identify suitable educational programs and career options.

- Assess Academic Performance: Analyze students' academic records and extracurricular activities to provide tailored advice and set realistic educational goals.

- Provide Information: Deliver accurate information about various educational institutions, courses, entrance exams, and admission processes to help students make informed decisions.

- Conduct Workshops: Organize and facilitate workshops on study skills, career planning, and exam preparation to enhance students' academic performance and confidence.

- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with students to track their progress, address any concerns, and adjust educational plans as needed.

Required Skills and Expectations:

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students. A strong understanding of the education system, along with empathy and patience, is essential to effectively address students' concerns.
