1. counsel students/parents on admission to foreign universities, guiding students to best courses option based on student profile
2. to create revenue generation opportunity for the branch/unit
3. set up sales plan in order to achieve sales target required by the organization
4. establishing & maintaining good rapport with prospective customers
5. to ensure student/parent satisfaction
for counsellors & bd - work from office/branch
timings: 9: 00 am to 5: 30 pm
days: five days in a week, sunday is fixed off & rest is rotational means saturday will not be a fixed off.
position – am/ destination manager
experience: 5+ yrs with a relevant job experience from a preferred industry any edutech, visa processing or from bpo’s kpo’s telecom, insurance or banking sector.
qualification – any graduate
candidate must possess excellent communication skills, team leading experience is must, should have handled a large team also must have the knowledge of their respective destination (usa, uk, canada, ireland, new zealand, australia)

ctc: 8 lac to 13 lac pa plus variables
