We are looking for an EDM Operator to join our team in Banashankari, Bangalore. This entry-level position is perfect for candidates with little to no experience and requires a 10th-grade education.

As an EDM Operator, your main duties will include operating and maintaining Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) equipment to produce precision parts. You will also be responsible for reading and interpreting technical drawings to ensure parts are made to specification. Additionally, you will monitor the operation of the machinery, troubleshooting any issues that arise during production.

Key responsibilities include:

- Operating EDM machines: You will set up and operate the machines according to production requirements, ensuring pieces are manufactured correctly.

- Quality control: You must inspect the finished products regularly to check for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed.

- Maintenance and cleaning: Keeping the machine and workspace clean is essential for safety and efficiency, so you will perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks.

To succeed in this role, you should have basic mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for detail. Good communication skills are important as you will work closely with team members. You should also be able to follow instructions accurately and be ready to learn new techniques for EDM operations.
