Urgent Requirement For Edm Operator

Experience:

 Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an EDM Operator in a Tool Room

Technical Skills:

 Strong knowledge of EDM machining processes, parameters, and tooling.

 Proficient in handling precision measuring instruments.

 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

 Experience in medical devices / precision engineering / tool room preferred.

Soft Skills:

 High attention to detail and accuracy.

 Good communication and coordination skills.

 Responsible, disciplined, and quality-focused approach to work.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

 Accuracy and quality of EDM-machined components.

 Adherence to machining timelines and production schedules.
