Job Description: Ecommerce Product Listing Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Product Listing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for uploading products and managing inventory on our ecommerce platform, ensuring accurate and engaging product listings.

Responsibilities:

- Upload and publish products on our ecommerce platform, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and relevant details.

- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of product information, including attributes, specifications, and categorization.

- Optimize product listings for search visibility and sales conversion, utilizing keywords, tags, and other SEO techniques.

- Monitor inventory levels and make necessary updates to reflect stock availability and avoid overselling.

- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain accurate and up-to-date product information, pricing, and inventory data.

- Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity, identifying and resolving any inconsistencies or errors.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure timely and seamless product launches and promotions.

- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in product listings and inventory management.

- Stay updated on industry trends and ecommerce best practices to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and consistent product data.

- Familiarity with SEO principles and techniques to optimize product listings for improved visibility and sales.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
