responsibilities:

weekly reconciliation of order processed against the payments & returns report of marketplaces.

understanding of order and appointment management with the marketplaces

knowledge of warehouse management system for d2c business

coordinate with couriers and vendors on a daily basis and ensure the timely processing of orders. other operations tasks relate to daily order flow management.

responsible for reconciliation of order processed against the returns received & stock gap for marketplaces & own website.

responsible for timely escalation of payments gaps & returns mismatch to marketplaces.

maintain regular communication with warehouse operations team and floor staff to get updated on any order processing and customer service challenges.

working knowledge of sap, ms-excel, marketplace portals, e-com aggregator platforms

skills:

proficient excel skills.

understanding of marketplace operations.

understanding of d2c business.

excellent communication skills

brief knowledge on accounting processes
