K9HR SOLUTIONS, Varsha Dabhi (HR Recruiter) is looking for E-Commerce Executive We are looking for an E -Commerce Executive to manage online sales and improve our digital presence. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and passionate about e-commerce, showcasing strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Product Listing Management**: Create and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms to ensure accurate information and attractive presentation.

- **Order Processing**: Handle incoming orders efficiently by confirming details, coordinating with logistics, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent support by addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and maintaining high satisfaction levels in a friendly and professional manner.

- **Sales Analysis**: Analyze sales data to identify trends, report performance metrics, and suggest improvements to increase sales and customer engagement.

- **Inventory Management**: Assist in monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that inventory is maintained efficiently, preventing stockouts or overstock situations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce or a related field. A minimum education level of 12th pass or Graduate is required. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in basic computer applications are essential. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while being proactive and self-motivated. A passion for technology and online retail is desirable.
