E Commerce Executive

we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented e-commerce executive to manage and optimize our online stores on amazon, ebay and other marketplace. the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of our online sales channels.

key responsibilities:

* online store management:

* manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across amazon, ebay, bestbuy and other marketplace.

* ensure product descriptions, images, and other content are accurate and optimized for seo.

* regularly update and maintain the product catalog to reflect new arrivals, promotions, and discontinued items.

* order fulfillment:

* oversee the order processing, including packing, shipping, and tracking.

* coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

* handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, returns, and refunds.

* sales optimization:

* analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.

* implement strategies to increase sales and improve conversion rates.

* monitor and adjust pricing to remain competitive.

* marketing and promotions:

* plan and execute promotional campaigns and discounts to drive sales.

* collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement advertising strategies.

* utilize platform-specific tools to enhance product visibility and attract customers.

* performance monitoring:

* track and report on key performance metrics, including sales, traffic, and customer feedback.

* conduct regular analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

* prepare and present performance reports to management.

* customer service:

* ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support.

* address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
