About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced, adaptable, and customer-focused
individual to join our team. As our E-commerce Operations &
Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in
ensuring seamless order processing and delivering exceptional
customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Management:
o Process and fulfill orders using Shopify and
Unicommerce.
o Ensure timely and accurate shipping of products.
o Confirm orders with customers and coordinate
shipment details.
• Customer Support:
o Handle inquiries and resolve issues across social
media channels and other customer touchpoints.
o Manage returns and ensure customer satisfaction
through smooth resolution.
o Build positive relationships, addressing customer
needs with empathy and professionalism.
• Operational Support:
o Maintain organized records of orders, returns, and
customer interactions.
o Assist in improving processes for efficiency in e-
commerce operations.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the
customer journey.
