Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Managing Online E-Commerce Orders & Returns on portals like Amazon,
Flipkart, and eBay, daily.
- Managing inventory listing, product display, product upload, and content
optimization on online portals like Seller, FBA, and Flipkart Assured warehouses.
- Manage e-commerce websites, looking after pricing, product descriptions, and
general content.
- Handling daily operations effectively like inventory, price updates & deals.
- Responsible for listing Products, MRP, and Selling Prices of the Products.
- Manage e-commerce websites, looking after pricing, product descriptions, and
general content.
- Timely feedback & complaint management.
- Managing communications between clients and the internal team.
- Management of e-commerce orders and returns.
- Keep track of Google ratings & reviews timely.
- Instagram and YouTube content updates
- Handling refunds, replacements, and Manual Orders.
- Keep checking on B2B orders on the website
- Photoshop-related posts for events/festivals
Working Days: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: 13k to 18k(per month ctc)negotiable
