manage online listings: add and update product details like names, prices, pictures, and descriptions on online shopping platforms like amazon, flipkart, myntra, tata cliq, shopify, and our website.

work with creative teams: talk to the design and content teams to make sure product images and descriptions look good and are correct.

customer communication: check and reply to messages on whatsapp and email. confirm cash-on-delivery (cod) orders with customers.

support online sales & campaigns: help in planning and running online offers, discounts, and sales events.

coordinate with other teams: work with the stock, delivery, and customer service teams to make sure products are available and orders are delivered on time.

monitor competitors: keep an eye on what similar brands or companies are doing and share ideas to improve our online business.

create reports: prepare regular reports showing sales, product performance, and customer behavior to help improve future planning.
