Job Description

Manage Online Listings: Add and update product details like names, prices, pictures, and descriptions on online shopping platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Tata Cliq, Shopify, and our website.

Work with Creative Teams: Talk to the design and content teams to make sure product images and descriptions look good and are correct.

Customer Communication: Check and reply to messages on WhatsApp and email. Confirm Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders with customers.

Support Online Sales & Campaigns: Help in planning and running online offers, discounts, and sales events.

Coordinate with Other Teams: Work with the stock, delivery, and customer service teams to make sure products are available and orders are delivered on time.

Monitor Competitors: Keep an eye on what similar brands or companies are doing and share ideas to improve our online business.

Create Reports: Prepare regular reports showing sales, product performance, and customer behavior to help improve future planning.
