eCommerce Executive Fresher

As an E Commerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing online sales and supporting our digital marketing efforts. This is a full-time position based in Dwarka, suitable for freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Listing Management: You will be responsible for creating and managing product listings on various online platforms, ensuring that all information is accurate and appealing to potential customers.

- Order Processing: Daily tasks will include processing and fulfilling customer orders, ensuring timely delivery, and handling customer queries related to order status.

- Inventory Management: Keeping track of stock levels and coordinating with suppliers to maintain inventory accuracy will be part of your role.

- Customer Support: You will assist customers by answering their inquiries through emails and chat, providing a high level of service to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Market Research: Conducting research on market trends and competitor activities will help in identifying new opportunities for growth in the online marketplace.

Required Skills and Expectations:
