Operations & Logistics: Overseeing order fulfillment, tracking, and coordinating with the packaging team for timely shipments.
Marketing & Sales: Running advertising campaigns (PPC) and enhancing SEO for better visibility.
Analytics: Monitoring competitor activity, pricing, and sales data to increase profitability.
