assess the driving ability of trainees and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
ensure trainees understand rules of the road, transport regulations, and safe driving behavior.
train candidates on long-route driving techniques and highway driving discipline.
maintain discipline, training schedules, attendance, and performance records.
ensure the training vehicle remains in good mechanical condition; report any faults.
prepare trainees for licensing tests (hmv/auth) and international driving standards (if required).
conduct classroom sessions on basic vehicle mechanics, daily inspection, and vehicle checks.
