We are looking for a skilled and reliable Driver to join our team in Gangtok, East Sikkim. You will play an essential role in ensuring safe and timely transportation for our staff and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transporting Personnel: Safely drive employees to and from various locations, ensuring timely arrivals.

2. Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle, identifying any mechanical issues and ensuring roadworthiness.

3. Route Planning: Plan and navigate efficient routes to minimize travel time while ensuring safety.

4. Adhering to Traffic Rules: Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.

5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and any vehicle maintenance performed.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. A minimum of 2 years of driving experience is essential, with up to 8 years being preferable. Familiarity with the local area of Gangtok and good knowledge of traffic rules is expected. The ideal candidate should be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently. Good communication skills are important for interacting with colleagues and other staff members. The role requires a male driver who is physically fit and has a strong commitment to safety on the road.
