job roles & responsibilities
• maintain and update sales report and follow up on sales leads on a daily basis
• prepares and follows up on all sales quotations
• negotiating and booking the business.
• must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner
• respond to all queries on online chats, whatsapp chats, email inquiries, telephone inquiries
• maintain a database and tracker for all sales leads & booked business
• operationally managing the logistics of the attestation of the document
• liaising with courier companies and service partners where required
