job Roles & Responsibilities
• maintain and Update Sales Report and Follow Up On Sales Leads On a Daily Basis
• prepares and Follows Up On all Sales Quotations
• negotiating and Booking the Business.
• must Be Able to Efficiently Respond to Any Online or Telephone Queries in a Calm and Friendly Manner
• respond to all Queries On Online Chats, Whatsapp Chats, Email Inquiries, Telephone Inquiries
• maintain a Database and Tracker for all Sales Leads & Booked Business
• operationally Managing the Logistics of the Attestation of the Document
• liaising with Courier Companies and Service Partners Where Required
