Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
Handle employee onboarding and induction to ensure a seamless joining experience
Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases
Be a point of contact between management and employees for addressing grievances, feedback, and concerns
Oversee attendance, leaves, and prepare reports required for payroll processing and compliance
Promote work discipline and ensure on-time login across the team
Prepare and submit daily reports to the HR Head or Project Director
Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and company standards
Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities
Handle smooth exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and complete documentation and clearance
