• work closely with internal marketing team and external agency and devise innovative growth strategies, by developing a deep understanding of our target consumers.
• optimization of all marketing channels to generate leads.
• have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and driving scale on customer acquisition
• collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (content, creative etc.) to identify areas for growth.
• create a performance metrics framework to set and evaluate goals for every campaign.
qualifications:
- mba in marketing
- mandatory 2+ years of relevant digital marketing experience.
- preferably working experience with edu tech company
- mandatory knowledge working with marketing agency or vendors
- a combination of analytical and creative thinking, with excellent attention to detail and good business judgment.
- passion & hustle to take on & solve problems individually and within cross-functional teams.
- strong verbal and written communication skills and collaborative working style are a major plus.
- creating lead funnels.
- knowledge of edtech field is added advantage.
- international campaign experience is added advantage.
- monthly campaigns and performance reporting.

work location - hybrid - should be local to noida / greater noida
shift and schedule: 11 am – 8 pm (weekly twice should be able to take late meetings)
