About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can lead end-to-end digital growth for our Real Estate & Hospitality division.
This role blends performance marketing, brand strategy, and website management to build strong funnels and drive consistent lead generation.
You will manage campaigns, optimize user experience, and guide a talented team to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Performance
• Create and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
• Manage SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Ads, Google Ads, and performance campaigns.
• Build and optimize real estate sales funnels for high-quality lead generation.
• Track performance using GA4, SEMrush, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
• Ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI, low CPL, and high conversion rates.
2. Website Management
• Oversee company website design, structure, and user experience.
• Ensure the website is mobile-friendly, fast, and conversion-optimized.
• Coordinate with designers & content teams for landing pages and SEO updates.
3. Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor designers, content writers, and digital marketing executives.
• Set goals, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Create a collaborative environment focused on creativity and results.
4. Collaboration & Reporting
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to align marketing goals.
• Manage external agencies and digital partners.
• Present weekly/monthly campaign reports, insights, and optimizations to management.

Required Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA in Marketing preferred)
• Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage
Experience
• 5–7 years in digital marketing
• Real estate experience preferred
• Experience managing websites, landing pages, and digital funnels
Technical Skills
• Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEMrush
• Figma / Adobe XD / Canva
• Strong understanding of SEO, UI/UX, CRO, GA4 & analytics
Soft Skills
• Strong leadership & communication
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines
