roles & responsibilities:

1) client acquisition:

- evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data

- ability to anchor the client and the team - play the role of a consultant and pitch growth strategies through seo.

- identify and develop new opportunities within assigned accounts, to drive revenue

- understand the client’s scope of work and articulate them in the project plan

- able to draft pitches & proposals for clientele

- ability to define, lead and write case studies on successful projects

- building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
