Responsibilities -

• Analyzing architectural designs and plans.

• Ensuring all designs meet industry standards and government regulations.

• Researching and inquiring about different materials.

• Communicating project status and completion timelines to the clients.

• Preparing building models and structure plans.

• Understanding the clients’ requirements/preferences and environmental impacts on the construction project.

• Developing projects by adhering to the specified budget and timeline.

Requirements -

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

• 3+ years of experience as an Architect .

• Architectural work experience in Bungalow designing.

• Basic understanding of the rules and regulations governing the Construction industry.

• Up-to-date with the latest architectural designs and trends.

• Having an eye for detail.
