1. job purpose
to build marketing plans and execute marketing activities as per the approved plan.
to engage with marketing agencies and provide them guidance and coordination.

2. job accountabilities
1 create awareness of and develop the company's brand. contribute in building marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns.
2 source advertising opportunities and place adverts in / on press, radio, outdoor hoardings, etc. work closely with creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.
3 conceptualize new physical and digital marketing events to encourage and attract potential buyers. work with offline and online marketing agencies to deliver the events.
4 create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely.
5 produce creative content, including videos and blog posts with the help of creative agencies. liaise with designers and printers and organize photo shoots.
6 write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns. design and organize company materials and campaigns to ensure consistent and concise messaging.
7 constantly conduct market research on direct and indirect competition, market scenarios, potential clients through primary and secondary sources such as on-ground survey, brokers, agencies, web, social media, etc.
8 build and update database of potential clients from different categories in coordination with the sales team hni, repeat buyers, upgrade buyers, nris etc.
9 run outreach campaigns to potential buyers under the guidance of marketing manager/director. communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.
10 manage website design, content, seo development and track analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant.
11 manage companys social media channels such facebook, twitter, instagram etc in coordination with social media marketing companies. build and execute marketing plans incorporating social media posts. provide responses to customer queries on all such channels.
12 support the companys sales team by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth.
13 plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media.

5. operating environment
the job incumbent is required to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines to perform marketing activities across multiple channels.
the jobholder will be expected to conduct frequent data analysis of performance of various marketing channels and provide feedback.
the jobholder will need to visit the creative agencies on almost daily basis to engage in campaign design, execution, reporting and issue resolution etc.
jobholder should be able to communicate effectively with tact and remain calm under high pressure to meet the objectives of the company.
the jobholder will also have to attend seminars, expos etc on behalf of the company in order to seek new clients.
the jobholder will have to collaborate with several departments and external parties to manage marketing activities efficiently.

7. qualification & education, experience, training & knowledge
qualification & education:
a bachelor and/or master in business administration with specialization in marketing or bachelor of fine arts/creative arts or equivalent specialization from a recognized university.
specialization/certification in social & digital marketing/print marketing/offline marketing is preferable.
experience:
3+ years of dedicated experience in coordinating, executing and managing conventional, offline and online marketing activities, including but not limited to social media and other digital media platforms.
experience of working with a real estate company is preferred.
