Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies, with a focus on SEO and content creation. Additionally, this role will involve mentoring and guiding junior team members to ensure the success of our digital campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive online traffic and engagement.

Lead the SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and monitoring of website performance.

Oversee content creation, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content across various digital platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Analyze and report on digital marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and improve performance.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, content creation, and campaign management.

In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and analytics platforms.

Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling and optimized content.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.

Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate across departments.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a demonstrated track record of successful campaigns and team leadership.
