As a Dialysis Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting patients undergoing dialysis treatments. Your primary duties will include:

- **Preparing Dialysis Equipment**: Set up and maintain dialysis machines, ensuring they are ready for patient use according to safety standards.

- **Monitoring Patients**: Observe patients during dialysis sessions for any signs of discomfort or complications, providing timely assistance as needed.

- **Assisting with Treatments**: Help in the connection and disconnection of patients to the dialysis machines under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.

- **Maintaining Records**: Document patient information and treatment details accurately, ensuring that all records are kept up-to-date for effective patient care.
