DFMA Consultant - Costing Engineer | DFMA Software Trainer

Mechanical Engr. Product Design, Industrial Engr.

CAD CAM CAE software experience preferably Solid works, DFMA

2-8 Years work Experience in Product Design, Production including Shop floor experience, manufacturing, Tool Engineering , preferred

Probation induction with training

DFMA software training will be provided through till Expert support trainer role

Software training methods will be imparted during probation period

Virtual online sessions participation

Onsite training Support trainer opportunity

Application of DFMA software for pilot projects

Responsibilitites

In this position you will be responsible for providing Cost Review using DFMA software to client products.

Use analytical skills to perform DFM/A quantitative and observational data analyses.

Interface with interested clients to discover their product cost requirements and prepare feedback through a proposal

Complete and present analysis results to clients with recommendations from the reports

To do so, requirement for outreach to existing database of prospects.

Create an extended database of new prospects through digital search and out reach efforts like seminars, exhibitions, conferences

Follow standard steps to meet /discuss with clients to uncover their Costing needs and challenges.

Place of work : Chennai

Travel on Short notice

Good Car driving experience and ability to drive out of city when required (Will be added advantage)
