Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to implement infrastructure automation solutions using Ansible. The role focuses on automation scripting, infrastructure support, and collaborating with Agile DevOps teams to deliver efficient and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and reusable roles

Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration

Support security, compliance, and network automation

Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities

Perform code reviews and testing of automation scripts

Maintain documentation for automation workflows

Collaborate with DevOps teams to resolve technical issues

Follow security and change management processes

Required Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with Ansible Automation

Strong knowledge of Linux (RHEL / Oracle Linux) or Windows Server

Experience with Git version control

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines

Basic knowledge of networking and infrastructure

Automation scripting and configuration management

Experience Requirements

4+ years of experience in DevOps / Infrastructure / Automation

2+ years of hands-on Ansible experience

Experience managing Linux or Windows server environments

Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams

Familiarity with Git-based development workflows

Preferred Qualifications

RHCSA / RHCE certification

Experience with security hardening or CIS benchmarks

Knowledge of network automation

Experience supporting disaster recovery automation
